From adjusting the neckline, sleeves, waist, lacing, hem or anything else that isn't exact, Sera will ensure that your dress fits the way it was meant to. On your special day you can be confident that your gown looks like it was custom made just for you.

The experience of choosing a bridal gown deserves a beautiful room to showcase yourself to your family and friends. In our private podium rooms you and your guests will feel tucked away in your own bridal experience to laugh, cry of joy, and start building your wedding memories. Our rooms are equipped with floor length mirrors and a raised podium to allow you to get a great view of the gowns you select from every angle.

At Bliss we understand special occasions are often expensive occasions as well. For this reason we have developed a layaway plan for you to pay for your gown. Ask your bridal consultant for details on this service.

At Bliss Bridal we have a one of a kind return policy on bride gowns only. If for any reason you are not happy with the choice of the gown you have purchased, when it arrives into the store you will have 21 days to exchange it for another gown, time permitting. Please contact the store for more details.

Bridesmaids, graduation, or any other gown purchased is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Accessories may be exchanged based on managers discretion.
