Our attention to detail and flag alert monitoring system allows us to stay on top of everything. Delivery times for ordered gowns are usually 4-6 months and we highly recommend that you order well in advance (6-14 months is ideal) so you have time to co-ordinate the rest of your wedding party and have additional time for fitting and alterations. We have placed hundreds of special orders and have never missed a wedding.
Payment: When you place your order you will need to pay a minimum of 50% down and then monthly payments will be arranged to clear the balance before your first fitting. If you are purchasing your gown off the rack then you will need to make your payment in full at the time of your purchase.
Policies: There are no refunds or exchanges once your order is placed as this is a special order made with your specifications.
Sizing: Your consultant will measure you; show you the designer's size chart and help you decide as to where your measurements fit within their chart. The final decision on the size that is ordered is for you to make.
Upon Arrival: When your gown arrives we will call you to set up your first fitting with our seamstress. We will store your gown free of charge right up until the day of your wedding.
